2009 FUSION MISSIONS TRIPS

Postby Johnson on Mon Nov 10, 2008 4:11 pm

Fusion is doing some great Missions Trips this upcoming year in 2009! You definitely need to get involved with one.

Lima, Peru - April 4-13, 2009 - Cost $2,500
We'll be heading to Lima, Peru to work with Not For Sale. Not For Sale is a campaign against human trafficking around the world and we'll be working with them on site in Lima and the surrounding regions. Team members will have the opportunity to talk with rescued sex slaves & street kids. On one excursion, we'll even have the opportunity to visit Machu Picchu! (Google it!) This will be more of a "humanitarian trip" than a traditional missions trip, and the trip is really going to be amazing. The native language is Spanish. 11 day trip.

Haiti
- May 2-9, 2009 - Cost $1,400
Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, is incredibly beautiful and is incredibly in need of Christ followers to come show the love of God. We'll be working with a local ministry down there going into hospitals, orphanages, youth detention centers, schools, and helping out with church services. The native languages are French & Creole. 8 day trip.

Nicaragua - June 13-20, 2009 - Cost $1,400
Nicaragua is an amazing country full of wonderful people who are hungry for the gospel. On this trip we'll be working with the former missions pastors of Victory World Church, Mike & Deborah Turner, helping out with health clinics, building at their missions base and leading church services there. All nurses/doctors are welcome and the ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but definitely not necessary. 8 day trip.
