I've tried to upload an image of me within the size restrictions.. and less than 13KB. I would get an error that the image is outside the size allowed. Anyone has any ideas how to get it to work?

I tried and it kept giving me protocol errors. link was from photobucket, and it was the correct size...

yea, the using photobucket thing never worked for me either... I usually had to convert it on my computer and just upload the file.
