Hello Ladies,


Guess what the Spring is here and its time to get some sun after a long day of work. So come out and hang out with us at Shorty Howell. We will walk the trail and if you have kids please bring them so we can allow them to enjoy the park. Veronica and I look foward to seeing you there. Let's walk talk, and laugh get tone and fit and encourage one another in the faith

Yes we are doing it again! Let's have a day in the park with the kids! Even if you dont have kids, come enjoy and be one, live a little. After fun time at the park we will walk the trail, talk, laugh, cry, just let it all out as we get some excercise in. Bring camera's, water, juice, light snack for the kids.
