"Today's Seed" - Nov. 26, 2008


My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to
listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger
does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.
Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so
prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save
you. (James 1:19-21 NIV)

Prayer: LORD, if trash is left lying around too long, it begins to
stink and can spoil the good things that come in contact with it.
Even if it is hidden from sight, it will eventually make its
decaying presence known. I know the same is true for my life. Help
me do some deep house cleaning in the way I live and get rid of
anything I find that is filthy or shouldn't be there. I want to
replace the trash with the Truth of Your Word. In Jesus' name, Amen.
