We talked about this on November 19th & I can't really stress how huge it has been for me to start living a life with the Sabbath.

The more I talk with people, the more I realize that our generation does not realize the importance of this day. Many of us complain we are overloaded but if we stopped to look, we would see that we don't have a Sabbath. There's no holy day in our week where we don't work.

I'm honestly carrying 50x more work/stress/life than I used to... but life is good... and sustainable... loving God, my family, my community. I wish somebody had stopped me 10 years ago and said, "Bro, learn the Sabbath. Do it. It will save your life."

Does anybody have any thoughts/questions/comments about the Sabbath?

Man, I love the Sabbath! I'm just finishing up mine and it was beautiful!
