"Today's Seed" - Dec. 18, 2008


Some of his disciples were remarking about how the temple was
adorned with beautiful stones and with gifts dedicated to God. But
Jesus said, "As for what you see here, the time will come when not
one stone will be left on another; every one of them will be thrown
down." (Luke 21:5-6 NIV)

Prayer: LORD, when good things or relationships are destroyed or
fail, it is difficult to accept, especially when I thought those
things were begun by You. Some things last forever, and some are
only for a season. If there comes a time when I see something that
I thought was of You fail, help me not become bitter, but understand
how it fits in the season of things. Help me trust You, even when I
do not understand. In Jesus' name, Amen.
