Hey everybody! :]
This past Wednesday Johnson touched on shutting the door to the inputs of life in order to really connect and listen to God.
Technology has handicapped us tremendously--from the heavy effects of fast food to the long work hours due to 24/7 availability.
Our identities have been lost. We are only recognizable to other by account numbers, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.

Brian Dean (check out URL link below) died, but no one knew until 2 years after!
Yay for the convenience of automatic bill pay?

As it's mentioned, this is quite an extreme case. It sure freed up some time to do other things than to write and mail bills.. I wondered what he did with that free time.

And as for unplugging from the world, that's where you start to grow spiritually.. where the Holy Spirit have our attention to teach us things and guide us. There is a price to pay to die to the world for sure, and its not as entertaining as what the world has to offer.
Be Blessed,

Wow, that's pretty crazy. You gotta wonder how he had no friends or family or any sort of community that wondered where he had gone.
